She finds that he has quite a collection of Victorian Automaton’s and one in particular catches her eye; a beautiful full-sized doll that sits and writes. Except the doll – called Sophie – when accidently started, begins to write about future events, which strangely enough come true!”

MISSION SUMMARY:
“On the 14th April 1561 in the skies above the town of Nuremberg there was strange celestial phenomena observed by the town’s people. Strange objects appeared to be fighting and the Sun turned blood red; modern scholars have few answers to what actually occurred, but Professor Peter Von Hoff from Saxony University believes he has found the ‘crash site’ of one object. Using ancient manuscripts and stories peter is headed for Nuremberg in the year 1938. This attracts both the Nazi’s and Jericho Tibbs!”

S5:E4. "THE VIKING."

MISSION SUMMARY:

"In the year 958AD Viking raiders are attacking the North of England. They kill, pillage, rape and rob English villages and towns with little regard to anyone. But there is one strange Viking Chieftain raiding the North that doesn't quite fit the historical stereotype; Frode is accompanied on his raids by a dark skinned stranger called Seth - who is rumoured to have dark powers of sorcery - and appears to be searching for someone or something. But Jericho is on scene because souls are going missing where the pair raid."

S5:E5. "THE KNIGHT."

MISSION SUMMARY:
"In the year of our Lord 1356 Sir Richard Swann, A young English Knight, has landed with the King's eldest son and heir: the Black Prince [Son of King Edward III] in Northern France. This was young Sir Richard's first real war. He was accompanied by his younger brother; Robert - a Priest - and the pair dream of great adventures. Sir Richard distinguishes himself at the Battle of Poitiers [September 1356] and the Black Prince gives the young Knight, a strange and dangerous mission. That brings Jericho Tibbs on the scene, because Sir Richard was supposed to have been killed in the battle and undertake no such mission!"

S5:E6. "THE BATTLEFIELD BODY SNATCHERS."

MISSION SUMMARY:

“In the autumn of 2013 on BBC television, a historical documentary was broadcast about the forthcoming two hundred year anniversary of the Battle of Waterloo. It contained facts about teeth being removed from young dead soldiers to make dentures for the wealthy, which was common knowledge. But the presenter also revealed the letters of Doctor Robert McHannon who was a military surgeon for the British at the Battle. They would cause outrage and some surprise when they revealed that teeth were not the only items apparently removed from the bodies. Jericho and Team 74 are sent to investigate.”

S5:E7. "THE DINOSAUR HUNTERS."

MISSION SUMMARY: "When the fossil of a Tyrannosaurus Rex is found in Nevada with several neat little holes in its skull, social media and conspiracy sites go wild, proclaiming Time-Travelers are the cause. Jericho and his team become involved when a breech in the Timeline appears some 67 million Human years ago, originating from the year 2058. Jericho discovers he has more to worry about than dead dinosaurs!"

S5:E8. "THE DEVIL AND REYNOLD MASTERS."

MISSION SUMMARY:

"Reynold Masters is a real laugh; this popular student at Rutland University is known for his pranks and humour. His Halloween parties have almost become a legend amongst staff and students and this year [1950] he intends to surpass all his previous efforts. Reynold has invited the Devil himself to party at Hammer House in Yorkshire, which is known for its ghosts and strange happenings. But he really didn't think that the guest of honour would actually turn up..."

S5:E9. "BELFAST '72."

MISSION SUMMARY:

“It’s Belfast in the summer of 1972 and the ‘troubles’ are at their heights. British troops patrol the streets and there is real fear after ‘Bloody Sunday’. Jericho and Team 74 have been sent back to investigate several breeches of the current Human Time – Line; someone has crossed over from 2022 back to the troubled times. Jericho needs – urgently – to find out who’s jumped back and more importantly; why?”
