Episode summary:
“In the
summer of 1974, two New York detectives are on the tracks of a serious drug
kingpin who is flooding Brooklyn with bad dope and several junkies have died.
But there is little public interest in the case and the pair struggle to gather
evidence against the suspect; Jerome Gates. He is protected by some powerful
people and when detective Wilson Franklyn’s nephew is found dead, after
over-dosing apparently, the case becomes personal. But the drug kingpin is not
all he seems and that brings Temporal Inspector Silas Underhill and Team 13 on
scene.”
