Episode summary:

"Hoagy Treadwell has a small conspiracy web site which also deals with the paranormal and supernatural. One of the forum's is about prophecy and a certain contributor - who calls himself the 'Black Soul Stealer' - has started to hit the nail on the head; he's getting it right on a grand scale. He's predicting earth wakes, floods, droughts, plane crashes and assassinations! When he gets the attempted murder of the US President correct, the Secret Service are on Hoagy's case. Mr. Tibbs is on his case too; because most of these predications should never have actually happened!"
