"Herbie
the Collector has bit of a problem with the soul he's just about to collect;
the name in his Soul Ledger says John Malcolm, the date and time of his
'Dispatch' is correct. But the newly departed soul insists he IS Lord Robert
McNab and he shouldn't be dead! But Herbie has heard that from thousands of
souls he's collected over the centuries. Nevertheless; there is something
strange about the young man and his insistence that he is McNab. Herbie hands
the problem over to Temporal Detectives; which means that Mr. Jericho Tibbs and
Team 74 have arrived to investigate."
