"THE TSAR WHO NEVER WAS."



Episode summary:

"April 1865, Nice - France.
The young Russian Tsarevich Nicholas [Heir to the Imperial Russian Throne] lays dying in Villa Bermont, his death will allow his autocratic brother Alexander [Tsar Alexander III] to become Tsar and in turn produce the ill-fated Tsar Nichols II. But a strange Doctor has appeared upon the scene and he may be able to save the young man's life, and in doing so, completely change the history of the world. Mr. Tibbs is sent to investigate."
