"THE ASSASSINATION OF LORD HORATIO HERBERT KITCHENER."

Mission summary:

 "Jericho Tibbs and team 74 have to jump back to 1902 and visit Edwardian London because there's a very determined time traveller plotting to assassinate the great Lord Kitchener, at his victory parade, held in Hyde Park that year. Such an unscheduled and early death would have serious and unplanned consequences for the current human time line and Jericho must prevent that happening. But Jericho discovers there is more to the plot than meets the eye."
